My favorite event in the world is the Notting Hill Carnival which happens every August bank holiday in London ie last weekend.  This made me think of a few of my  favorite reggae tracks by Bob Marley, Lee Scratch Perry, Buju Banton, the Dub Syndicate to mention just a few.  Have a go!
