Our ministry as worshipers and worship leaders is twofold: to experience God’s love and to lead others to a similar experience.

Christ Jesus has paid the complete price so that we can fellowship with Him and the Father. With this joyous understanding, we experience the psalmist’s revelation in saying sacrifice and burnt offering you did not surely desire but an intimate relationship between my heart and yours. Our ministry then, as worshipers, is to essentially cry out “here we are” for fellowship (Ps 40:6-8). It is in this place of surrender, of delight in Him and in His word that God causes our hearts to respond in songs and melodies about what He is overwhelming our hearts with concerning Him. So, this is our role as worshipers: to continue to go to that place and allow God to encounter our hearts.

As worship leaders, we invite and lead people to this similar exchange with God. With that said, as you listen to our CD we invite you to sing along and to pour the unique content of your heart before the Lord and be awestruck, transformed in his constructive, fulfilling love. You’ll forever desire to return in humility to that intimate place to pour yourself again in reverence and humility.
