German DJ and producer Marc Brauner returns to the Killer Cuts series which he kicked off for Shall Not Fade back in February, sharing five tracks of hard pumping house to lose yourself in.

Patience EP starts as it means to go on with ‘Your Heart’; a hot cut of anthemic earworm organ house that doesn’t hold back on the summertime rave nostalgia. Brauner explores 2-step on searing A2 ‘Optimist’ which is riddled with deep house energy and a syncopated bassline that’ll put a swing in your step. ‘Be Patient’ channels how we have all been feeling this past year waiting for the return of the dance; it carries Strictly Rhythm influence and a prescient vocal motif. The record closes but doesn’t fade away, ending with ‘Faster’, where momentous uplifting synth stable tumble forwards to great effect. The digital bonus track is ‘In Love’, another playful, hypnotic bassline complimenting the consistent feel good vibes.

‘Patience’ EP drops August 27th via Shall Not Fade.

Northern Ireland's Seti debuts on Extended Play with three killer house jams that borrow elements from the hip hop and R&B worlds.
"Platinum Chanel Cologne" leads the charge with it’s familar vocals and refrained horns, hypnotic and hooky as hell, we can’t get enough of this bumpin' house ride.
NI house and jazz maestro Embezzlement Society splashes the cologne on before heading to the gutter for his filthy take that sounds like something from New Orleans.

The second original from Seti titled “Time" is a great dusty soul flecked number that displays some killer MPC work.
“Flash” completes the package in blissed out breaks and synth fashion. We love the machine made soul across all four.

Ruff Stuff - Flexi Legs

Italian producer, DJ, and founder of Theory Of Swing Records, @st-david-music, makes his way onto French label Happiness Therapy’s 9th release. Known for his 90’s powerhouse productions, St. David infuses disco, jazz, and classic drums to create his groovy and raw house sound. Having released on renowned labels such as, Let’s Play House, Politics Of Dancing and Skylax, St. David brings his American House inspired sound to Happiness Therapy’s latest release, House Of Universe. This five-track EP creates a 90’s house focal point with its heavy percussion forward rhythms, deep jazz style bass lines, and classic house synth lines. Opening the EP is Nites Into Dreams, a heavy pulsating house track driven by its bumping percussion, buttery bass lines, and balance out with its light and airy keys. "Interplanetar Solar" follows with St. David’s signature bumping kicks, forward driving bass lines, and hypnotic synth chords giving it that interplanetary feel. Next up is, "Control", one of the heaviest tracks on the release with its industrial kick, psychedelic synths, and haunting vocals, making it a perfect warehouse track. Lightening up the mood is "I Can Feel It", an uplifting jazz house track with swing style bass lines, classic house chords, and vibey flute melodics. Closing out the EP is "I Can Feel It" remix by Cosmic Rhythm Records founders' Rydm Sectors, giving it a deep raw house spin making it a perfect closing track.House Of Universe will be released on digital and vinyl on February 19th on Happiness Therapy, so look no further for your 90’s house fix.
