Fletcher's Fables - Battling A Blank Canvas

once was a kingdom a mother fuckin' empire
temples of wisdom there forall enquires
troopers of truth diminishing the evil
but no one ever knew it was living in the people
coalitions grew, trying to succeed
after proof they are lies they are bias they are greed
and these views are devised to silence the peace
the appliance of demons annihilating me
but i'll climb an ancient tree 73 metres tall
sit and write persuasive pieces me and the awe
fuck me, yano i'm fed up with the shit on the ground
i got a bed up got a set up on the tree in the clouds
i gotta telescope perched to observe other planets
so i hang with the birds, write rhymes in a hammock
tame the berserker that lurks in my head
persuade him that earth has a purpose again
i am hayden 'the berg' with words to project
make the pain seem worth all the hurt in the end

one sleepless night i retreat from the writing
on a seat i reside and i peep through my eyepiece
jeepers creepers spot venus the damsel
with lots to complain about, being a handful
seeking the feeble people's imperfections
suggests evil self relief mean intentions
are used to make her feel like she glistens
this is majority of women in my solar system
i paint pictures with verbs and nouns, in both ears
i don't think i deserve the crown so don't kneel
i just wish that my friends around would support me
i'd look at more than blades of grass as i'm walking
