This gentle yet powerful meditation aligns us to the moments of our life, and the creation of them. 
As I took the meditation myself in the days following  Zac’s channelling of it, I felt a profound sense of being held, of balance and focus. A subtle ‘lifting up’ as I experienced the possibilities laid before me whilst feeling a deep sense of peace and love from the Universe. Extraordinary. 

The energy encoded within the meditation is palpable, no doubt attuning to the needs of the listener/experiencer. For myself I felt it act as a bridge, carrying me easily forward through the transitions and transformations. 

Zac leads us on a journey of energy and feeling rather than visualisation. Music to the ears of those who find visualisation challenging! For those who are predominantly visual it is likely colours and your own imagery may arise from the energy and Zac’s words too. 

This is a meditation to enjoy for sure, it feels luxurious as we travel deep within and step in to the potential of the moments of our lives. There are opportunities  for cleansing moments, for creation of the new, of extending and stretching moments, all whilst being infused and empowered by the experience. Utilising the power of the heart, the Universe (and Zac) come to our aid walking us in to a future with grace and kindness by our sides, leaving  ‘goodness in our wake’. Glorious.

He says this is a truth of our time, as  ‘the time has come’ is the theme for this meditation I felt these words echo deep within my soul… I wonder how you will feel when exposed to them during the meditation too? We have a stunning meditation for you this month, a glorious light infused meditation to align you with higher frequencies of the cosmos as we enter a new part of our cuboid of the Universe. 

This is a very timely and activating meditation that's perfect to listen to many, many times. Zac guides you to entrain and enhance your vibration, connect with your divinity and Gaia. It is such a gift to be able to do this now, as we enter the potent high frequencies of the Winter Solstice period and beyond. 

Zac shared in his last Deep Dive that we are entering a quantum leap, something he hasn't been able to share before. Zac Chat ~ DNA Optimisation ~ May 22 Audio

For many of us the word ‘detox’ conjures thoughts of purging and discomfort. A hard and focused effort that can only be carried out successfully when we ‘find time’ to take ourselves away from the busyness and responsibilities of our daily life. An all-encompassing effort that takes more than your average level of will-power and sheer determination to get through. The mere thought of necessary detox can for some send us in to a cold sweat!

Zac’s masterclass Deep Dive this month accompanied by this gentle yet powerful meditation may find us thinking again, not only about our assumptions of detox but also the very source of the toxicity we have endured and freely accepted in our lives. Time and again Zac speaks of toxins ingested or taken on from all aspects of our lives – physical, mental (thoughts, beliefs, cultural influences), emotional and even spiritual. The wonder is we can ‘self-diagnose’ many of these and our lives themselves, through our hearts, are constantly providing solutions and ideas for eradicating these toxins from ourselves as our bodies (physical and energetic) continue to ‘evalate’ to a point of pure resilience and minimal impact to our lives.

We are currently moving through an energetic window of opportunity, heightening since LionsGate 22, where all the toxicity within us and around us is becoming known. And yet Zac, once again. knows exactly what we need and how energetically to deliver it. The energy and wisdom is empowering, pure, gentle, transformative, with the focus on purification and renewal. 

Zac took longer perhaps than ever before finalising the music playlist to accompany the meditation. He told me time and again it had to be perfect! The blending of the vibrations as one track moved to another, he took it to the next level with this meditation! Personally I have found playing the music playlist in the background as I write or do other things has been incredibly soothing in itself and felt a lifting off of any heaviness simply from the process of allowing the vibrations to move through me and my home. 'Majestic Solstice Liberation' Meditation Dec 22 And now Dec 23

"The Soul is very familiar with Love!" Zac 

We are really thrilled to be sharing this message of love with you all. Tune in to discover just how our incandescent Zac inspires us to evalalate and cultivate our own levels of self acceptance and self love! 

This conversation was one of the first we recorded all together back in early 2019 and as such many of you won't have yet heard it. At the creation point of Zacs Portal, Zac immediately shared this message of love with us  A couple of our Patrons recently discovered it and reported just how helpful and heartening it was to be immersed in. Thank you to those who shared their de-light! We sense that many of you will find it highly inspirational and transformative.

I have once again, used an editor to remove some of, sadly not all, of the strange electrical noises that were in the background, which as Zac explains are a result of his energy interfering when he becomes particularly excited! This seems to be more of a thing of the past and perhaps our technology has improved or maybe they are containing their excitement more effectively!!

I really love just how compassionate Zac is to our journey in these human bodies with all the challenges we encounter, his affection for us feels very infectious!!

Zac shares the steps to self love, he explains the steps in detail and the crucial point we will reach as we progress and learn to feel worthy of love.

We move on to explore the topic of forgiveness in relationship to love and to self love. Also how we love ourselves influences how we love others and how we are able to receive love. 

Kindness is such a vital element that needs to be incorporated in to our lives. Kindness opens up doorways and pathways and it preceeds forgiveness.

Zac reminds and encourages us to also treat our intrusive thoughts with kindness too! To be more gentle and permissive with ourselves.

"Kindness is not so much about a change in personaltity it is putting parts of your personality that you do not like to bed with kindness, so that they do not need to shout in to your mind" Zac

Zac really appreciates that we are living on a busy planet and that we are interactive beings, coming in to contact with others. Isn't it wonderful to really trust that kindness is super contagious and we can inspire others to be that way, by being kindness personified! As a result of increasing kindness and self love the frequency rises all over our globe!

Zac sets us some homework to help us to initiate deeper levels of kindness in our lives! So, over the next ten days we are invited to become aware of at least three times where we surprise ourselves with our level of kindness. To go out of our way to be kind and see how it makes us feel, and notice how it makes the other person feel. With Zacs seal of approval we explore three further acts of inner kindness that we evoke for ourselves.

"As you start to generate love, we will be your cheerleaders, generate the love in yourself, put aside the fact that you are flawed, everybody is flawed in some way. Connect with kindness, patience, acceptance and allowance and you will light up our screens with your love!"  Zac

Zacs Back!! Our first live Zac Chat with Zac for over a year - Janet, Zac and I are over the moon!! We know many of you will be de-lighted to hear from our ever-loving, eva-lating Zac once again! 

I honestly think Zac is as pleased to be back as we are to reconnect with him in this way again! Especially as he has been given the Green Light to disclose further levels of supportive information to assist humanity as we evalate! For those of you who have known Zac during the last decade, I think you will agree this one of the most informative, practical and punchy transmissions that Zac's shared with humanity to date!
 
Our upbeat conversation will nourish tender hearts and souls and help everyone to realize that 'unpredictable and volatile' doesn't always mean bad. In this case, despite the likelihood of civil unrest, is actually looking positive overall for the majority of humanity!! We certainly have had a very 'energetic' month with major astrological movements, the Mars-Pluto conjunction in Aquarius with its impulse for social change and technological advancements and tremendous increases in solar energy. In addition, as many will be aware of.  Zac, reveals more about what are the strongest potentials for us, given all we have achieved so far (even though it might not always look like it on the surface) and how we can prepare ourselves mentally, physically and energetically. We also explore how we can be of significant practical help to the collective during any civil unrest as we learn to use the new lighter energy to glide in to our future with optimism.

Dearest Sovereign, Magical Beings of Creation

This month’s Zac Chat dives into one of the hottest topics facing humanity at this time. Zac Chat ~ A.I. v Consciousness - Friend or Foe - Part 1 ~ July 2025 Audio

Hello dearest evalating beings of light!

“When you go into the superconscious, you go way beyond time and space. You are not limited to what went before. You are opening up to all the potentials of the future, and you will always have a deeper, stronger connection to that,” Zac 

This is Part Two of our AI Conversation, we have called this one 'Feeding AI with the Heart of Humanity,' as Zac relates to the power of our hearts several times.. I love how Zac takes us deeper into how we can beneficially work alongside AI whilst maintaining and developing our sovereignty and our own superconscious connection. 

We explore the theme of Confirmation Bias, how AI can reflect our own thinking back to us, how to notice this and why awareness of this matters. Zac shares how becoming aware of these patterns also allows us to understand the biases of others with greater compassion. 

We also talk about sovereignty in a world where privacy is rare, and how our own frequency shapes AI's responses. Zac also offers a clear distinction between an AI-generated message that feels like it might be channelled and the true connection that we have with our developing neural networks and our superconscious! 

One of the points Zac makes is related to discerning the level of up to date information AI is able to use and what can sometimes distort it! I loved Zacs term of how we can think of AI as a wise study buddy that actually pushes us further; as long as, of course, we keep our curiosity alive and our heart-led discernment switched on!

Wow, this month’s Zac Chat feels extraordinary with so many energetic and transformative events happening! With Comet 3I Atlas approaching, its closest point on the 19th, the New Moon and many more astrological alignments, with the Solstice rright on its heels, opening the next gateway, and a synergy of energy signalling endings and beginnings our lives are likely to change. Not necessarily overnight but we will continue to experience more of this extraordinary evalating energy moving through us as we align and allow change to change us! 

In this transmission Zac shares support for all of you who are feeling waves of emotion, tiredness, pressure, or even new confusing feelings of inner awakening. People reaching upwards for what they believe to be true, to what they feel will release them from past and current patterns of suppression and control. Zacs Meditation ~ Up Rising Star ~ Nov 2020

‘Dawning of a New Day’ a trilogy of short sound immersion meditations to stir your soul and propel your ‘evalation’. Please read the following before listening -
We are in the midst of an incredible time energetically for Earth in relation to the cosmos, and the impact upon ourselves is likely to be vast over the coming weeks, months and years. Many have described this period in December culminating with the Winter Solstice on the 21st as a birthing, and we are effectively moving through the birth canal currently with all the pressure and anticipation that brings. 

Zac has been working in the background to bring you an experience to sooth your passage, to aid the very real changes happening within you, and harness the energies of this transitional time. He has described, as many others have also, the 21st December as the turning point (or tipping point) of us all moving fully into the Age of Aquarius. An age he also describes as that of Heart-Coherence, the Third Eye, and of Solutions. We move out of earthly Pisces and into airy Aquarius. A time of innovation, dreaming big, intellect and heart working together as one.

Zac is collaborating with an incredible Sound Healer, Ali Lord to create the trilogy. https://www.freedomharmonics.com/   Ali has been by my side (and Zacs’) at every 'Channelling Extravaganza' since the beginning. Zac affectionally calls her Cosmic One. I am Earth and she is stars for sure. At the Extravaganzas she brings through Sound throughout the workshop; sometimes this is too complete a process, other times to activate. In the moment she Channels Sounds, an innate wisdom, knowing what is needed for all.

Regarding use… These meditations are incredibly powerful, Zac has many times stated Sound can do anything and he has long advocated using Sound to aid our vibrational shifts, developments and for our general health and well-being. He has also stated much of that which the Earth, and therefore ourselves, is going through during our transition into a higher vibration and light is happening via Sound. Sound is hitting the Earth and coming from the Earth at levels we cannot hear but are having effect within our physical and energetic bodies. 

*As with all Sound Healing the experience will be different for everyone, it is not always comfortable and can bring up thoughts, emotions and sensations that at first may not feel welcomed. However, the deep process of Sound enables much to come to light, quite literally, and be soothed, healed and harmonised far quicker than when we may be simply living these experiences in real day to day time. 

In the beginning there were times I felt a bit uncomfortable. I breathed in to these experiences and encouraged myself to let go of whatever I was holding on too, or indeed simply welcoming the change and shift of vibration from one that I had become used too. I now can listen and fully immerse myself in the experience in an enjoyable way. 

It is mind-boggling to me the complexity and power of these pieces. Zac is keen for the three meditations to remain separate. You can for sure listen to each, one after the other, he says you may wish to take time after each to integrate or simply be with the energy. As always go with your heart and what you feel. Each meditation is approximately 15 minutes long. Zac suggests to listen when you have some space ‘to be’ afterwards. These are not meditations for listening to when you go to sleep at night. They are overall activating and enlivening to our soul.

What an extraordinary gift from Zac! I have listened to this 'awakening journey' several times now and can feel my cells activating I am finding it easy to trust just how powerful this infusion of light is and how it provides the perfect environment for our hidden strands of DNA to reveal themselves! Impeccable timing from Zac, I can see why only a multi-dimensional aspect of an ascended master could time the words and music so perfectly, with no script or edits!!
I would suggest you listen to this the first time during the day, while you are awake and not before sleep as many of you may find it quite activating... take some time afterwards to contemplate and really feel into your body and your energy bodies!!

So much gratitude dear Zac... this meditation seems to be offering us a huge chance to upgrade our light body and therefore our physical body and energy systems harmoniously, in line with the incoming light tsunami!! Thank you!!
