ANDI A. MERICAN
Singer, Producer, Songwriter, Musician

Formerly from a vocal group called Crescendo, which he co-found and 'Infinatez', another vocal group he was a member of, which later on became the finalist of Gangstarz Tv3 against Indonesia and Singapore, Andi had recently taken the bold step to explore the possibilities as a solo artiste.

He participated in P Ramlee, The Musical, a musical theatre on the life of the great legendary man-of-many talent - P Ramlee. This musical produced by Enfiniti Productions was performed at the Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur as well as The Esplanade, Singapore and received incredible commendations and accolades for its production, direction, music and set-designs.

Andi has made appearances and performed on several programmes on TV that included Malaysia Hari Ini and 8TV Quickie. He performed and was aired on the airwaves with XFM and performed at venues around the city such as the Laundry Bar and Bangkok Jazz - venues in the city that promote independent acts and performers. Andi had also performed the popular monthly event organised by TV3 – Jom Heboh.

He has also performed for numerous corporate events and charity shows for instance Yogjakarta. In 2006, he did back-up vocals for Hazami during the final of Anugerah Juara Lagu which then madehim win the award that year. In his determination to explore and share his knowldege of his craft in songwriting and performing, he assisted at the Shades Performing Arts Workshoppe and Linda Jasmin Performing Arts as a vocal tutor.

Andi’s experience as a member of a group and his involvement in various productions only makes him more determined to explore further as an individual artiste.

It is a platform for all to showcase their talent in songwriting and Music composition 

Making its Debut in 2008,it has without failed received hundreds Of song entries and has become an annual competition. 

On its debut year,Idris has attempted on a Malay song ,back then with his previous partner of Verbalize Flo. Both wrote the song 'Niatku' (My Intentions). The song made it to TOP 5 out of over 200 entires competing with established songwriters, composers and producers. both won consolations that year. 

Last year ,2009, sent in 3 entries but none was proved to be good enough but never was he thinking of giving up, in fact it gave me the motivation to try harder. 

Now in its 3rd year Running, 2010, with great excitement and happiness, he likes to proudly say that his entry,”KAU INSPIRASIKU” (Written and Composed by Idris, Performed by:X-Clusive) has make it through to the Top 5 of the competition. 

Syukur, Alhamdulillah together with Ize and Raz, this song has won Project Rentak 2010, bring X-Clusive to another level in the local music scene.

X-Clusive, formerly known as „Verbalize Flo‟ is a blend of hip-hop, RnB and Ballad crew that is currently making waves in the regional scene. 

The unique flavor in their music places them as class acts to be watched out for. Their radio single, Yok Goyang Yok, is currently getting airplay in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. 

They have also been collaborating with high profile artistes and producers from the surrounding region. 
X-Clusive, in recent months, has had a major revamp in their group members.
