SACRED AIR est un voyage intérieur dédié aux éléments invisibles : le souffle, la lumière, les rêves, la nuit, la terre et le ciel. Chaque track explore une forme différente d’aération spirituelle — du vent qui murmure aux lueurs de l’aube, de la profondeur terrestre à l’ascension céleste.

L’album se déploie comme un rituel moderne :

des basslines chaleureuses,

des percussions organiques,

des pads expansifs,

des textures sacrées,

et une progression émotionnelle lente, cinématique, méditative.

Dans SACRED AIR, chaque morceau est un souffle, un espace, un passage.
Un équilibre entre le terre et l’air, le corps et l’âme, le visible et l’intangible.

C’est une ode à ce qui nous traverse sans que nous puissions le retenir — un hommage à la beauté de ce qui ne se voit pas mais se ressent profondément.

@hokkaido-dance-club: A label not a disco on a north Japanese island, is helmed by Jordan Saxton (aka @Viers & @leekonitz) and Joe Sagar  - two pals from Leeds with a dirty habit of unearthing a gem. HDC have been somewhat quiet of late. Their most recent release being early 2017 from label honcho Viers; a sumptuous offering which left HDC fans all Oliver Twist - begging for more of that tasty metaphorical audio gruel. If you don't have a bowl yet - get one.

When we first heard this - it's safe to say we were a little surprised (pleasantly of course). Part of HDC's legacy has been their contributions towards the dance floor - four/four lead post 12am heaters. Medrea's (https://soundcloud.com/medreadj) 'Untitled' and this features Premiere kicks the record off as it means to go on - maintaining Hokkaido's gritty aesthetic with about as much saturation as the fat content in the porkiest of pies, yet veering (no pun intended) away from the hallmark stonk. Broken beats combining and interacting with etheral strokes and mechanistic hues throughout make for an immersive and entrancing listening experience. In more simple terms - imagine PS1's Duke Nukem gliding his pixely fingers across a Roland D-50 as part of a dystopian future-soul band. Still not with us? Just listen - s'good.

@toorough4radio is a “hazy, chicken wings on wax, tape and digital" label helmed by @en_rico_tr4r and @florianstuetzer and based between Berlin and Haldensleben, Germany. A home for a multitude of up-and-coming acts, for their latest V/A package they call on an array of fledgling producers, each of whom puts in an impressive shift here. Clued-in sounds for clued-in heads, this is a release that fans of discerning house are sure to lap up, with TR4R 02 featuring no less than 6 producers and friends of the label. 

At only 19 years old, @huhany is by some distance the youngest producer involved here. Based in Bonn, Germany, he’s an architecture student, drum player and bass player whose contribution here is nothing if not an auspicious one. ‘Refuel’ brings matters to deep and dark territory in a manner akin to celebrated veterans of the scene such as Jus Ed or Patrice Scott. A steeling baseline is paired with some clever drumwork here on a track that’s both haunting and beguiling at the same time. Seriously triumphant stuff, this is impressively sophisticated stuff from a producer who still hasn’t reached his 20th birthday.
