Started out as a c-drone for me to practice slide guitar. Got rid of the slide and drowned in synth drone goodieness.

Super drone

JFK's space race speech at the Rice staduim September 12, 1962. Jammed once through. The idea is to make several of these, as the high lights of the speech change according to the music. As this is semigenerative, I don't have control over how the chord progression corresponds to the words, so it yields different results every time.
So this is the first one, and it is badly mixed :) But I like it never the less.

Recorded live at the TUTL recordshop in the heart of Tórshavn, the capital of Faroe Islands. Live improvisation over John F. Kennedys Moon Speech at the Rice Stadium on the 12th of September 1962.

This recording includes commentary by the front row 13 months old baby. He doesn't say much but what is being said is hard to argue with.

Got my 0-coast two days ago. I'm on tour without my midi keyboard and sequencer, so I decided to see, what I could make up without this. Just use the 0-coast as is. Quite happy with the result :)

Modular 6 - tease 1

A track I made today on the plane from Iceland to the Faroe Islands. Various sounds sampled during my stay in Reykjavík these past ten days  fo Airwaves and days leading up to. Some traffic signs, a tambourine backstage at Hurrá and some sounds recorded in the airplane.
Some post processing in ProTools but the sections and the timeline were conceived in seat 21C of RC402.

Airplane opus 1

Sampled some sounds from Denmark this saturday when playing there with Marius Ziska. A train passing by and a stomp in a parking garage. Added some ice cubes in a plastic cup on the airplane home and made the beats in seat 19D on flight RC453. Some postproduction as always, but initial track made on the plane.

Airplane Opus 2

Made on my way from Khanty-Mansi to the Faroe Islands in seat 9D of flight SU1383E, 21E of flight SU2658 and 25B of RC459. Sounds featured are a Russian radio speaker in a parking garage, some sort of transport wagon in Kastrup, bagage belt and escalators, my neighbours cat, a soda can on an airplane and a snippet of a bell.
