This track plays while in the Starfield, capital city of the Dreamline. It's split up into 3 sectors, Red, Green, and Blue. The Red sector is the first you'll visit, and is where TennaTV's thriving movie industry is housed. The buildings are lined with smiling TVs, each playing a blockbuster. This is where you meet up with Ralsei. The Green Sector is where the Dreamline's economy thrives. This area is home to a large advertising star, Mike Mercial, as well as a very large shopping district. You'll visit here in the middle of the chapter. Lastly, there's the Blue sector. This is where everything related to TennaTV's inner workings are held, mainly the giant tower that gives this world form, The Spire. You'll arrive here near the end of the chapter.

Dr. Gaster's theory, something he came up with within the moments of finding out that his previous experiment had failed and falling apart himself, was that perhaps if the barrier were to be overpowered by, say, a large, concentrated burst of Willpower, it would perhaps be enough to destabilize the barrier, to the extent where it might fall apart.

So after a long and heartfelt set of apologies, congratulations and other emotional well-wishes, Dr. Gaster, sacrificing all he worked to achieve, gathers the SOULs in one concentrated ball before sending them into the barrier to test out his final hypothesis. If this failed, he could move on happily knowing he tried everything he could to do so without any necessary harm done.
