Venus Club (@venusclubofficiel) promotes women in electronic music and we're happy to have this collaboration with them this year.

Raveuse dans l'âme, Perdu et Retrouvé aime stationner devant les sound systems. Si elle se nourrit d'influences post-punk, électro, industrielle et house, la techno reste son genre de prédilection et sûrement celui où elle est la plus exigeante. Amoureuse de musique progressive, elle aime façonner un son mental et percussif. Elle s'est rapprochée du Venus Club pour entretenir cette énergie.
Dernièrement Perdu et Retrouvé a été à l'affiche d'un évènement Venus Club à CIEL, d'un évènement PWFM à la prairie du canal et de la réouverture de la Machine du Moulin Rouge.

Another ambient compilation consists of 14 amazingly beautiful tracks, carefully selected and mixed into an hour and a half set.
As you may have guessed, the Nepalese girl on the cover is no accident. The fact is that absolutely all the tracks in this collection have something in common, namely: the music that you will hear has a strong ethnic influence. The sound of modern synthesizers is combined with the sound of ethnic instruments and gentle bells, and the sound of flutes is intertwined with the singing of birds and the murmur of water.

He's a Member of Peakbeat and co-founder of Komorebi Music Festival, a little event in the north of Italy.
He specializes in Cryptic and atmospheric sounds through which he achieves to create a fusion between deep and ambient techno.

With the 81st Cellar Door being opened, the Australia based Morian Is inviting the listener on a journey through dreams of tribalism and hypnotism.

ARTIST’S BIO: 
"My musical foundations are rooted in AC/DC, Sabbath and Metallica and give rise to a love of 4/4 rhythm and the riff. From here they veered into where worlds collide – Pink Floyd met the Orb in a student dive and a love of electronica was born, encompassing pioneers such as Orbital, Leftfield et al through to UK D&B, taking in Kruder & Dorfmeister and the dub scene along the way.
The love affair however ended in the early nineties, I wasn’t feeling anything from electronica any more, but I knew the music I could hear in my mind must be out there - somewhere. My musical imaginations seemed to put all of the above aspects in place and was only discovered pre pandemic in the form of deep techno. This discovery so rekindled my love and excitement that I took the plunge into DJing - I wanted to take the music internally heard and create mixes to ease back to and soothe the soul. Voila. I hope you all get the same level of enjoyment from this mix, as I had creating it."
For this mix I was inspired by a thread on Hypnotic Techno Circle dealing with shamanism, psychedelic experiences and deep techno. I also had in mind the request from Marek to infuse some tribal elements, different tempos and time signatures. In this mix I hoped to re-create a trip into this realm - I think I have gone some way to achieve that. I do hope you all like it and can relate to what is, ultimately, a personal experience.

Intemporal is the DJ alias of Tiago, one of the researchers behind aenean. A thrill-seeker that stands out for the versatility with which he crosses different sub-genres and eras of electronics without losing its common thread.

Apart from being a DJ, Tiago contributes to the Portuguese scene as an instigator, running projects such as Volúpia: a project that intends to merge music with other artistic expressions by opening abandoned sites in the city to new appropriations; or more recently with the club-focused parties FUTURA.

With ‘Terrain,’ Joachim Spieth presents the  fourth long player on his Affin imprint. 

The follow-up album to ‘Ousia’ (2021),  ‘Terrain,’ reflects on the human relationship with nature. The album title is  a reference to a musical language that  layers Spieth’s music production practices  and intimacy with nature.   

‘Terrain’ was forged in deep solitude.“ It’s  an interplay of euphoric flashes and introspection” – says Spieth. The eight  compositions take the listener into a captivating cascade of sonic textures resembling internal states fluctuations and  emotional release. The tension between the  organic warmth and static curves broads  tones into liquified roars and empty spaces. 

Unlike Spieth’s previous albums, ‘Terrain’  holds more intimate gestures and emotional  sensibility. Soothing frequencies here are  intended to create a state of awareness in  the listener. It is a work of conceptual and emotional beauty, evoking a form of spatial  imagery that is as grounding as elevating.

Coming back this week with a special one. 
It's a live recording of an ambientmodular impro at C12 Bruxelles by the great @pattrn_dj co-head of the label @initiate_concept


Sonic experiments derived from syncopated rhythms, intricately crafted ambiences, and patiently evolving textures, Pattrn’s work as a producer is rooted to the perception of time and space. Playing violin since the age of four and later on majoring in both acousmatic music composition and sound engineering, Pattrn’s precision is the fruit of a lifelong dedication to music of all forms, from creation in itself or through his implications in Brussels’ scene. 

Beyond the years of technical know-how and self improvement in production, DJing, and live sets,  Brice Deloose aka Pattrn has been an active member of the local scene for quite some time. Cocreator of FTRSND, Brussels By Night Federation, Initiate, as well as having been the artistic director of Fuse club, Pattrn has spent much of his time promoting local artists and collectives to push forward Brussels' underground. 

Having shared the decks with the likes of Luke Slater, Luigi Tozzi, Claudio PRC, Kangding Ray, Svreca, and many more, Pattrn uses his sets to impose his world of seamless hypnotic music to lure passionates for always one last dance.

Headliner is a true Techno enthusiast, a music and dace floor lover. Simply a crazy healthy raver that would dance for hours and hours to proper Techno beats and bass.

She is known as the "Dancing Queen" in the underground NYC Techno scene and around the world in places like Berlin where she rocked the dance floor at Berghain & Tresor. 

Her passion for music has no limits; she has music in her blood.

Headliner's music exploration journey in the studio began in 2012, and she now produces under the names "Headliner" and "La Guru".

You will often find her listening and discovering new tracks and artists, also at Techno events having the time of her life.

Her passion for music has no limits; she has music in her blood.

Jenny's music exploration journey in the studio began in 2012, she now produces under the names "Headliner" and "La Guru". Her album "Techno Inquisition" was released on November 16th 2013 on Aerotropic (NYC label) and her second album ¨Ubiquitous¨ was released on December 28th 2014 on the same label. Her latest release "Dark Invader" was included in the compilation REGENERATION by the Spanish label Doppt Zykkler//Series.

In 2012 she Co- Founded Feed The Raver with Craft, a podcast that features underground artists around the world.

She has been a partner of the Twice As Proper events in NY since 2009. 

In 2015, Headliner also became part of Female Pressure, an international network of female artists in electronic music and digital arts founded by Electric Indigo.

You will often find her listening and discovering new tracks and artists, also at Techno events having the time of her life.

Her latest release "A New Hope" was a contribution to the Mastoid Kollektive - PINK in support of breast cancer and was featured along other tracks by amazing techno and house legends.
 She organized underground techno events in New York for almost a decade and also hosted events in Detroit, Mexico City, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Playa del Carmen.
