6 E.P. III is taken from Headman's 6 album, which was released last year on Relish. Includes Remixes by Manfredas, Alejandro Paz, Shift Work and Reworks.
Following on from '6 EPI' and '6 EPII 'vinyl exclusives, 6 EP lll is a full digital release with 200 vinyl copies and artwork specially screen printed by RELISH label head Robi Insinna. The release has 3 remixes by Manfredas, Alejandro Paz, Shift Work and Reworks and Dubs by Headman/ Robi Insinna. There will also be 2 Videos done by Robi, one for 'Something' and another one for 'Work' Manfredas version.
 
Manfredas, who released his single last year on Ivan Smagghes LDdlm, remixes 'WORK'. The additional lyrics are by Autarkic an upcomig singer / producer from Tel Aviv who is part of the Red Axes stable.

Alejandro Paz of Mathias Aguayo's Comemé label who has released tracks such as 'Duro', remixes 'TAKE ME TO THE TOP.' The remix reflects his raw dance floor approach whilst adding rhythm and groove to the origional

Shift Work a new London based electronic project, who made their debut on Optimo Music, remix 'SLEEP RED!' They've been described as "Machine music for hypno dance floors and home listening trance outs" 

Track 4 is Robi Insinna's own rework of 'SOMETHING' feat David Shaw on vocals. Robi's aim was to reinterpret the track, extend it and play around with the music as well as retouching and mixing the exsisting sounds. 'NUMBER 9' was also newly mixed with a new arrangement as well as extended. 'DONA' featuring Rosie from Ballet School, was given a dub treatment with a more monotonous driving groove and stripping down the original elements, like Bass and Synth and dubbing out Rosies vocals.

Finally comes 'TAKE ME TO THE DUB' Version, now with a real dub feel, muting things out and dropping them in again.

Headman/Robi Insinna feat Brassica - Work (Manfredas Remix feat. Autarkic)

Stefan Schwander aka Harmonious Thelonious is definitely not a newcomer. He has been around for a long time and has already released lots of amazingly varied music on labels such as Emotional Response, Italic, Meakusma and Diskant. He’s also an integral part of the infamous Duesseldorf / Salon Des Amateurs axis that is an obvious hotbed of talent. He describes his style as "American minimalism vs. African drumming vs. European sequencing", a heady mixture which is clearly evident on this EP though with a definite Middle Eastern twist. At Versatile HQ they were introduced to this clutch of tracks by one of the members of Acid Arab and were totally blown away. Stefan has a very unique production style, fusing all of the above elements with a hint of Gamelan, a dash of tweaked FM synthesis type sounds with a dose of warm ambience and finally his own singular touch on the mix. Here premiered is the b1 "Defender", our fave cut of this delightful four tracker. revisiting some of the A-side sound palette, but catapulting those cosmic tones into a realm of amphetamine fuelled intensity - peaktime drummy psychedelia for any and all dance floors. London based French producer Mondowski follows a spate of recent releases on Relish and Ombra with a new club-oriented vision for London label and clubnight Snap, Crackle & Pop. Following his remix services on the label's first and 4th releases, Mondowski makes his full label debut with an electro inspired turn that takes inspiration from the encroaching gentrification of his industrial estate studio.
Lead track Sholay finds a mesmerizing path somewhere between extroverted 80's electro and celebratory spiritual transcendence and gets the remix treatment from Pinkman's Kris Baha who subverts the original by turning the electro backbone up to 11.
The EP's B-side, Negative Space, voyages into darker electro territories with Kraftwerkesque synths, rolling pads and a motorik bassline, all of which provide the launchpad for Flieche's Multiple Man to turn out a pitch black EBM banger. The Easter egg of the release, Hanalei, is a Krautrock sleeper hit and download exclusive.

In fact, this river held many secrets, stories that would make your hair stand on end. Its beauty was simply a facade...

Next up on XXX, the Dutch label run by DJ and producr SHMLSS, is good friend and Bordello A Parigi alumni Stijn Sadée. After two contributions to earlier releases for the label, he's now set to release his first original EP on the label, which features a remix from Smala boss Manfredas that they locked in after the Lithuanian producer saw Stijn play live last year. The aesthetics of the label are down to Stijn's brother Thomas who worked closely with him to create something that fitted with the music and his influences.

UK based record label Comma Traxx unveils a new digital only side project ‘Border Recordings’. Exploring the sounds that are moving through out the underground, one country at a time. First up on the imprint, the label is staying close to home with Unito, a compilation of various artists based in the United Kingdom.  Thirteen mixed musical background producers that have come together to tell a story; aiming to push the genres we often hear on the dance floor and expand them into new territories allowing for a release that aims to open up new possibilities for the styles of music we are now so familiar with.
One thing’s for certain, with this level of talent on board, there’s something here for everyone.

Roe Deer's latest missive from Vilnius is a message from 2017, back when days were wild, dancers were free and the main problem was - no problem. Three tracks dedicated to one of the weirdest trips of Liudas's life. Hints to listeners and fellow travellers: Palanga, “Auska” Hotel - we were not expecting this! What remains is music of these plague times. 

“Lost Again” is a clumsy jam from a one man band. It feels like you already found the way out, but it takes you back. 

“Young Cats” is about the creatures sneaking around your window at midnight, and won’t let you sleep. So the only way forward is to dance. 

“Machine” is one synth solo story. Things are boiling all the time here, so no time for excuses. It’s ON!

Remixes come from a crew of label newcomers we've long admired: LA duo Club Tularosa, Philadelphia's Zillas On Acid, and Indonesian powerhouse Jonathan Kusuma.

Lost Again

Robi Insinna is a Producer, DJ, Visual Artist and INDUSTRIA and RELISH owner.

Back in 2001 he founded the seminal Relish label in direct response to a then-dominant sound in club music. Its catalogue is as vast as it is varied and foreshadowing the music he'd go on to make himself under Headman/Manhead. Some highlights are IT ROUGH, Birth School Work Death, in the early years for the newer period tracks such as Be Loved, Dechainee. He also was busy remixing the likes of Roxy Music, The Gossip, Franz Ferdinand, The Units, Unknown Cases, Gina X and many more.
Relish has also been busy releasing international talents and remixes such as Daniel Avery, Red Axes, Borusiade, Manfredas.


Fast forward to 2018 he's on the move again launching new Project label, Industria with - not quite an album, not quite an EP - Hard Work. The debut was released under Robi's own name.
Industria will be focused more on vinyl releases, but not solely vinyl. The project will encompass all areas of Robi's work and ties together elements of his art and visual design projects and products.
