Building on that experience, the search for inspiring samples, records, cassettes and CD’s has become a center piece of his daily life. Come evening, Ensoul throws down Pillow Talk - a monthly night run alongside Akash Bansal aka Tender Buttons.

Yet another Canadian with a dj box full of tricks, currently working at one of Toronto's finest record stores - Play De Record and a regular on Invisible City Radio he likes to throw DIY parties focusing on experiments in dance music.

With this in mind he experiments here with great effect in various genres and tempos including Bhangra dubs, Digi Reggae steppers, Toronto Hindustani house, Street soul and so on. We think you get the idea that you're in for quite a ride! Enjoy :)

Our first contributor from Amsterdam and in this new year 2019, is none other than the infamous Robert Bergman. You may know Robert through his label "Brew", or his contributions to BAKK001 alongside Legowelt or the Dekmantel Label. To us, his mixtape for The Trilogy Tapes is the stuff of legends. 

Robert is not only a mean selector who can strike a perfect balance between Digger-Nuggets and Gnarly Bangers, but he is also a connoisseur of both beer and moustaches (as we've gathered). All of this is suggestive of the fact that he is the perfect DJ and an all-around class A geezer.

For 5918mins. Robert gives us a personal insight into his Weekend-Playlist - which we are more than happy about. We suggest you crack open a cold one and lean back for perfect enjoyment. Cheers!

We don't know a great deal about him/her/they/them other than we stumbled across their page and found two great mixes on there. We've later found out that they're behind the YouTube page Tonal Labyrinth which we had subscribed to a while back without knowing the connection. www.youtube.com/channel/UCrVlYA3WHIBs_lpwspimnyA

Mix wise it moves through a lot of genres, styles and tempos as this was recorded live at a former convenience store turned sky bar somewhere in the south west of the Netherlands! Its a long one but well worth the time. It sound tracked many recent flights for us and hit the spot! Enjoy the trip :)
