Mirage, a 10-track odyssey, weaves through the liminal spaces of lucid dreams and the haunting tension of life in a world overflowing with simulacra. Following up two extended players in 2020 and 2022, Berlin-based vocalist dvdv reunites with Polish sound alchemist Poly Armour to issue their debut collaborative album 'STARVVING.'..Our pick, ‘Chronic’, unravels as a haunting symphony of siren-like laments. Starting with Burial-esque, glitchy arpeggios that pulse like short-circuiting neon light, the track expands into cavernous soundscapes. It seamlessly marries spectral dark ambient hues with disassembled club rhythms and eerie vocals. A dazzling labyrinth of textures, ‘Chronic’ immerses the listener in a deep, sensory overload.

Stephan_Hendricks is a German musician, music producer, singer, composer and lyricist. Born in Dortmund, he first became known to a wide audience as the frontman of the band "Jelly Planet" before he started as a solo artist. He has released several albums with companies such as Sony Music, Virgin Records and so on. Together with his former band he wrote and composed a title for the Hollywood blockbuster "Igby Goes Down".
