At age 23 Craig “Sawman” Sawyer joined the navy to serve and protect our great nation. Craig walks us through the physical, mental and emotional abuse that military personnel are put through during training and serving and how that manifests into poor health as you age. At age 57 craig is on two missions: The first mission is to detox and nourish his body back to health so he is no longer in pain and he can have the energy and mental clarity of his youth. His scecond mission is to bring awarness to the child sex trafficing industry that is bigger financially than all of professional sports! Sandor Katz, Fermented Foods For Gut Health And Beyond

Episode 126 - Quite a few years ago when I first started helping people with their health I ran into a lovely couple and the wife had some serious health concerns. She started detoxing, juicing, eating living foods and creating an optimal environment for her to heal herself so she could live a happy life. Well, all of what I shared with her did help a great deal but she just couldn’t get back to 100%. That’s when I asked her if she had breast implants and she did. They had been in her breasts for 17 years. I handed her a book by Dr. Susan Kolb called “The Naked Truth About Breast Implants”. She read it and long story short, she got the implants removed and about a year later had a full restoration of her health. I learned then how terrible breast implants are for women and have been on a mission to help women avoid getting them and find a good doc to help them remove them if they already had them. I was very excited to interview Sarah Phillipe who also had implants, got them out and now is helping other women do the same. This is a must share episode for any woman with implants or considering implants.

Sarah Phillipe, Why Breast Implant Illness Is Skyrocketing

My Ayahuasca Journey [PART 1]

Episode 132 - Hello Health Heroes! Now that you have listened to Episode #131 which is all about “What” Ayahuasca is and “How” it works and the best way to experience it, now it's time to tell you about my actual experience. Going into this journey I was very clear on my intentions of what I wanted to get out of it.  Since I was given away at birth I had some detachment issues that I believed trickled into my romantic relationships with women and I wanted to heal that piece of me. I was also a little burnt out trying to save the world from all their health issues since I had been putting out a lot of effort for 9 years with no real financial return. Yes, I had changed thousands of lives but I was struggling financially. After my Ayahuasca journey everything changed for me, not just the finances. Just listening to these episodes again as I put them together for you I remembered and received a huge spiritual lift to take my message out to the world in a big way!  If you have been thinking about taking Ayahuasca or curious about how it works you are really going to love what you hear.
