Jessie has been a student of music/ singing since she was a kid. Band and choir were great stepping stones for gaining her musical explorations. At the age of 22, she was given a guitar and keyboard as a gift. Though she never took proper lessons, she was able to watch and learn how to play by going to shows and getting to know more musicians in her community.  Soon enough, she began to write and play songs at open mics and with friends, until eventually having her own shows.

You can find Jessie playing shows from Texas to New York.  Austin, TX, is her home base, where she's played shows at Townsend, Historic Scoot Inn, and Volstead to name a few.
