HEART'S WHISPERS records has been created in 2020 for proposing powerfull productions. 
The concept is to share a sensitive taste of dark and emotional music with hard kicks and fast bpm, mainly following up on a base of industrial and hard techno.
HEART'S WHISPERS soul's is not to follow rules or genres but aiming in expressing something true.
