はやくもすこし眠たげな　沈みかけの月

秒刻みの異常なしの日々
いろんな夢を見て暮らしてる
寝不足の群れが川を渡る
欲しいものは分厚いガラスの向こう

こころ焦がした日は過ぎて　あたりまえの君に揺れた
色褪せた本の隙間から　捨てたはずの手紙

読まれることのない文字は　過ぎた日々をピンで留める
ひとをひき留めたいのなら　言葉じゃ駄目さ

その昔　磨りガラス越しに
都会の青空を見つめてた
ぬるま湯で育ったことが
いつしか重たい荷物に変わった

街の灯が灯るごとに　夜の風が　また揺れた
ビルの影でソッポ向いた　沈みかけの月

あの街はひとであふれ　君を探すもままならぬ
あの道を歩きたくて　今日サンダルを買ったよ

ちいさな窓の隅のほう
都会の夜空を見つめてる
ゆきずりの風が夢を語る

Heart's On Fire

Andrew of Gwynedd was a 13th century Welsh cleric, famous in his day for his celebrated "revision" of Geoffrey of Monmouth's History of the Kings of Britain, but later consigned to historical obscurity for this plagiarism. Jonah Eastberry was a 17th century natural philosopher of modest birth and means, forever circling the outskirts of the Royal Society of London. They would seem to have little in common - except for a shared obsession with a neolithic burial mound in northern Wales.

Episode 1 - For Every Hill, A Song

Four jingles written and recorded for Radiophrenia: a  pop-up radio station dedicated to sound and radio art. With the exception of a Moog in the first section, the only sounds to be heard are sampled household objects: a ruler, a piece of plastic tube, an electric food mixer, a cork leaving a bottle,  a pan lid and a single guitar string.

I am not a musician but music plays a very important role in my creative life! I am an artist/designer and music is my companion and my muse in the long hours I spend working in my studio! 
I am immensely impressed and grateful for all the talented and inspiring musicians whose work graces this Cloud, and I will always re-post sounds that I love (and will listen to again) - knowing that others will enjoy them!
