Today, we dive into one of the key daily practices that I have used myself (and still do to this day) and have guided handfuls of others to use in their daily lives. It is short and simple and you might think, “Gee, why have I not thought of this?” But, I can almost bet that you have thought of engaging in a practice like the one I am about to share, but you just never had the encouragement or intent behind you to actually give it a go. Or, perhaps you never had that willingness to see (like we touched on in Day 1) that something as simple as the below practice could help you to drastically shift how you view, see, relate and speak to your belly (and whole body, for that matter).

Day 3 Belly LOVE Challenge Practice

Yesterday you had one opportunity to taste what it is like to have a mindful, aware moment with your belly and body. Now today, Day 4 is here with opportunity #2 to dive a little deeper into this experience. 

What I would like you to practice today is a similar sequence of sitting, stillness and mindfulness with your belly with one addition, this mantra: 

Observe. Notice Sensation. Send Gratitude for that sensation and that moment in time. Let go. Move to the next sensation.

Day 4 Belly LOVE Challenge Practice

We are halfway through the challenge, can you believe it? I hope by now you are beginning to feel some shifts within yourself.

When you begin to pay attention to the signals of the body, you must learn to truly trust what your body is telling you and the TAKE ACTION. 

So, today we are going to do again a similar 2-5 minute practice that we have been working with BUT with a small shift in emphasis. As you are noticing, we are sticking to a similar practice. Why, you might be thinking?
