What began as an expression of grief grew into something much bigger—voices coming together in solidarity. Not Normal is a tribute to my father, to Palestine, to anyone who is not free, and to the power of community standing together. 

Not Normal opens with a haunting solo: just Mazhar's voice and guitar, stripped down and raw. The tone is tragic, intimate, and deeply personal.
But this sorrow doesn’t remain solitary. As the song unfolds, voices begin to rise behind her—first subtly, then with growing force. It’s the sound of a community coming together, amplifying her message.
