Heather Rome, formerly of DAI (Development Alternatives Inc.), is an international businesswoman and a respected leader with ample professional experience. Throughout her roles with DAI and beyond she has honed her management, development and cross-cultural communication skills. She has expertise in operations, financial oversight, and strategic implementation.  Rome has also earned several degrees and is fluent in both Spanish and English with experience traveling to and/or working in several continents and more than two dozen countries.

Heather Rome is a natural leader with skills in operations and strategic implementation. She gained some of her international work experience with Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI).  She has worked closely with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and while overseas, the United States Embassy. She has also closely collaborated with various State and Local governments as well as non-government organizations in various domestic and global locations. Furthermore, Rome has organized large multinational conferences in a variety of countries, and in the course of her career has thus far traveled to more than two dozen countries.
