If you don't know Chili Thom he was an amazing man that touched so many people in our community here in B.C. He was a renaissance man who had many talents.  One of which was being a fantastic painter. From his hard work and dedication to his art, he left us with an amazing trail of psychedelic landscapes with gorgeous snow covered forests, super sunsets and spectacular ocean waves. What do you call 70 good friends on a 60' custom catamaran, with an open-bar & booming sound system, celebrating our amazing friends' wedding, while cruising Mexico's Banderas Bay on a glorious sunny day? Fantástico viaje!

This is a polished version of the marathon set I played upon said party boat earlier this month. 2.5 hours of funky feel-good beats, chock-full of sunshine and love!

If you're ever visiting Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, etc... I highly reccommend Ally Cat Sailing Adventures. Beautiful boat, and fun, friendly, entertaining crew. I will definitely be back some day soon...

 Recipe for a Funky Hebegebe Stew.

First thing to remember when preparing this stew, is that you don’t have to use all new ingredients for this to come out tasting Fresh.
Don’t be scared to dig deep in the cupboard for some old spices and funky leftovers. 
Take One Ripe old Dj and season for 25 years. Remove the crust and only use the doughy soft bits. 
Break some beats open and add generously.
Then this is where the recipe gets fun. Here you add Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, Disco and House. Don’t be scared to mix it up and you can never have too much of one and not enough of the other. The best part of this recipe is that it’s never the same and always come out just right. 
Then Heat to desired temperature. Can be enjoyed hot or cool. 
Best enjoyed with a shot of Tequila and an Ice cold beer.
