Stan is back with his next single:
"artificial light" by shot by stanley reveals a new side of his musical identity.
More melodic than his usual style, the track marks a shift towards something deeper and more introspective.
As a special highlight, it's also the soundtrack to his very first music video - an abstract visual journey exploring themes of human disconnection. Directed by the talented Kelly McKay and shot by longtime friend and DOP Diego Gardo, the video adds a powerful visual layer to the release.
This project is a personal one. As a former filmmaker turned producer/DJ, visual storytelling remains at the heart of what shot by stanley stands for. The name says it all: the image is always part of the sound.

A versatile artist from Barcelona, Héctor started spinning records at just 16, drawing early inspiration from techno, trance, and progressive house. His passion for electronic music led to collaborations with local radio stations and residencies in venues like LeGlass (Badalona), as well as other spots across the city’s nightlife circuit.

Now working independently with Ableton Live, Héctor channels his creativity into producing minimal, deep house, and melodic techno—styles that define his dynamic and rhythmically rich DJ sets.
