Named after the sound art installation of the same name, Reflex is a piece inspired and made up of the sounds of the installation itself. Reflex is a sound art installation commissioned for AUDI's launch of the AUDI A8 at the AUDI Pavilion from 1 December to 3 December 2010. The piece is inspired by the way the installation works and only make use of the sounds of the installation piece. The piece, as with the installation, explores different sound textures and the sonic quality of varying frequencies. A low sonic rumble forms the ambience, much like in reality, while mid and high frequencies create more dynamic sonic gestures.

Fracture is an electronic piece which is made up of significant sound design elements. Using a variety of sound design techniques, the sonic elements are pieced together to form an exploration of sonic textures.

Hector Lee is a sound artist exploring the sonic space of electronic music. A musician by nature, he is both a performer and composer with a strong interest in contemporary electronic music and unique composition techniques such as micro sound composition. He constantly pushes the boundaries of his work by integrating the use of technology such as multichannel audio and computer synthesis. With his research in controllerism, he performs with a variety of controllers and constantly develops new forms of sonic interactions.

After graduating with a degree in Music Technology at LASALLE College of the Arts, he actively engages in collaborations with artists from other disciplines to expand the possibilities and creative boundaries of his work. His work and collaborations have spanned a wide range including theatre, live electronic music, dance, music composition, interactive sound art installations, etc.

In 2011, his collaboration project, Circuito, won LASALLE's Collaborative Award. He was also commissioned to compose a piece for the Peranakan Museum and LASALLE, fusing electronic music with the traditional gamelan. His recent works include theatre production Eurydice(2010), fashion event Vaunt(2010), Reflex(2010), a sound art installation for AUDI with media artist Andreas Schlegal and sound artist Brian O'Reilly, and many other live electronic music performances.
