Making tunes for the fun of it, sometimes they start on guitars, others from digital dimensions. Generally try to let them go where they will and go along for the ride. 
Playing Ableton Live laptop based sets comprised of ...just about any audio source ripe for mashing. I play vox quotes from folk out of the mainstream who I think have something worth hearing, mixed with loops and beats I have made, sampled or create on the fly. I like to keep it fluid.
