back in 2008 at the age of 16 i started to play Dj sets and discovered the underground minimal, techno and psychedelic scene in switzerland. first of all clubs i ever expirenced was the legendary Loop38 in Alstetten ZH near from the nostalgic afterhour club Stairs - This was Lifetime changing experience! i get booked at in clubs like - Loop38, Borderline, Oxa, Ug  Bülach, Space9, Gaskessel, Schaflos Club, Provisorium, SpaceMonki and some other ones. after 2 years of  dj'ing i startet to organize events with Ueberschall with Angy Kore or Dandi & Ugo, Hackler & Kuch, Octave, Niereich and many more. i createt a own Label (2013 - 2017) it was called Underline Eventz & was member of MzM. as well i had the oppurtunity to play alot for Absolute Techno along Artists like AnD, Bas Moy, Dax J, Ansome, Tommy 47, it was many years of pure joy and passionated club culture with so many lovely artists and ravers ! now i changed my style in the last 5 years more into a psychedelic vibey techno and for sure my big love for dark&forestprog is growing day by day thats why my own productions are more into the trippy world of electronic dance music.

From a serial killers basement, somewhere in London UK, Hefty has pioneered the darkside for over a decade. Undoubtedly the preeminent master of darker sounds, skillfully preparing you for the impending apocalypse with his unique style. His music is heavily influenced by a wide range of subjects including geo politics, psychology, world affairs, conspiracy theories, the occult and modern history. 

It's small wonder Hefty has enjoyed the attention of well respected labels, and most importantly, has earned the loyalty and dedication of fans who have been known to travel for many hours just to hear him play. Famed for his raw, heavy and uncompromising dark sets, this London based DJ has been in international demand over the past years, conquering clubs and festivals (eg. Tresor, Modem Festival, Bucht der Träumer Festival) across Europe and as far as Brazil, Canada and Australia.

After a few years, he was inspired to create his own label: Darker Sounds. Focused solely on showcasing underground dark techno and emerging talent, Darker Sounds has never compromised its dedication to keeping the style and quality of its out put consistently high.

Unafraid to constantly refine and evolve his style, Hefty ventured into the world of psychedelic trance. Carving out his own path, he has used his techno production techniques to create his own style of dark, driving psychedelic trance. He decided to create his own psychedelic label "Erebos Records" which has become a platform for releasing the darkest psy trance from the best undiscovered artists from around the world. 

This psychedelic adventure then lead Hefty to start producing his own version of downtempo / chillout music, which he calls Dark Tek Chillout. Produced at 100bpm, this style is dark, heavy and hypnotic, allowing Hefty to truly experiment with the dancefloor and bring awareness to the various dark subjects that inspire his music. 

Now armed with a trifecta of genres, Hefty is on track to further cement his reputation as an unstoppable force in the the dark realm.
