Spring 2015 Webinar Series

Rebuilding God's Temple is a workbook series created by Thin Within for people interested in a Christian, grace-based, non-dieting approach to lasting weight loss or maintenance. Through the principles shared in this series, participants draw closer to God while experiencing the freedom from fixation on weight and diet. We have the freedom to eat whatever we desire when we are physically hungry. We have a modest portion of food and stop eating when we are no longer physically hungry. In this way, we break free from the dieting treadmill and from carrying excess weight. We learn to depend on God to direct us and to help us with the many other motivations we have struggled with for eating when we aren't physically hungry.
