Everything can have drama but only if it is done right.....

WHY IS IT CALLED A PERFECT FIFTH?
The term “perfect” is used to describe the following intervals:

unison,
fourth,
fifth,
octave.
This dates back to medieval times where these intervals were thought of as the most “consonant” and so were named perfect.
The perfect 5th and the perfect 4th are closely related in terms of harmony as the inversion of a perfect 5th is a perfect 4th – e.g. if you invert the interval C-G it becomes G-C (perfect 4th)

My Opinions Neutral

Just created an unexpected quick playful, imaginative short piece which I have named "Whimsical Riddle"

I started with an alchemy pad, clockwork ballerina, played a piano melody, added a variety of percussion instruments, block, triangles, shakers, marimba & orchestral beat.

Whimsical Riddle evokes an unexpected sense of happiness, amusement, and delight.

Let's Rewind The Clock

"In the gentle rain of Elysium, every drop carries a promise of peace and eternal bliss."

Elysium is a mythical paradise in Greek and Roman mythology. It's often described as a place of eternal happiness, peace, and contentment, where the souls of the righteous and virtuous dwell after death.

My composition titled "Rain of Elysium" is an Alchemy Pad used in this production.

I have used a combination of instruments to capture the ethereal and serene qualities of Elysium, and introduced the harp's melody to evoke as a gentle patter of rain. 

With the rhythmic patterns & melodies I have accompanied the harp's melody to create a sense of movement and energy.   I have also experimented with different dynamics to create contrast and build tension and release by starting with the arco strings and alchemy pads to intensify the mood.

With the different harmonic progressions I have attempted to add depth and complexity to the music.  The chord voicing have been used to create a unique and atmospheric sound. 

By layering the Alchemy Pads I have created textures and timbres for that airy yet rich and immersive soundscape & ambient noise to create a sense of atmosphere.

Rain of Elysium in A Minor

Presenting "Song of the Sea" in B minor which I have composed to  evoke a sense of mystery and depth.  I have used alchemy pad layered sounds to mimic the ocean's ebb and flow and added arpeggio, glissandi & modulation melody with the piano, piccolo flute and harp to create a rich and immersive soundscape.

Redemption's Calling

The track opens with a pulsing four-on-the-floor beat, deep and resonant, setting a hypnotic foundation. "The Promise of D Flat Major"

Welcome to my first upload to Soundcloud for 2025.

I have spent the last 24 hours carefully unfolded a woven tapestry of sound, where each instrument plays a vital role in crafting its emotional narrative.  The composition begins with the ethereal shimmer of a vibrating atmospheric alchemy pad, immediately establishing a sense of vastness and anticipation.  A lone cello enters, its rich tone grounding the listener in a space of intimate reflection before the warmth of the accompanying orchestral string ensemble gently swells, adding layers of depth and texture.  A delicate marimba melody then emerges, like a whispered secret, weaving its way through the harmonic landscape.  As the piece progresses, the cello returns, this time with a flowing legato melody that soars above the ensemble, expressing the heart of the promise.  Piano melodies interweave with the cello's song, adding moments of playful introspection, while the pizzicato cello provides a contrasting rhythmic pulse.  The subtle rumble of timpani and the crispness of the beat and topper add a contemporary edge, grounding the composition in the present while still allowing the emotional weight of the promise to resonate.  The interplay between these diverse elements creates a dynamic and evocative soundscape, ultimately culminating in a powerful and moving experience.

Orchestral Winds & Strings

This composition explores the interplay between the timbral qualities of cello, orchestral bass, and violin.  A consistent bass melody serves as a cantus firmus, providing a harmonic and rhythmic anchor.  The violin and cello engage in a melodic counterpoint, their lines intertwining and complementing the bass.  The central section introduces a contrasting texture with the addition of trombone, flute, and bassoon. The trombone's powerful voice creates a dramatic climax, supported by the contrasting timbres of the flute and bassoon. This section serves as a foil to the predominantly string-based sections, highlighting the dynamic range of the ensemble. The composition concludes with a return to the initial material, now enriched by the preceding dramatic episode.

Presenting my latest production

"Entitled" a production that pulsates with a subterranean energy, its heavy bassline a relentless heartbeat driving the track forward. Deep, resonant kicks punch through the mix, creating a hypnotic rhythm that locks the listener into a state of introspective dance. Over this sonic foundation, ethereal synth pads weave a melancholic tapestry, contrasting sharply with the raw, almost spoken-word delivery of the lyrics. 

I have attempted to use my vocals to deliver a detached yet poignant tone, to address the themes of unearned privilege and the hollow pursuit of validation.   I have written the lyrics, questioning "entitled to what?", become a mantra, echoing through the cavernous soundscape, leaving the listener grappling with the uncomfortable truth of societal expectations and the internal struggle for genuine meaning. The song's atmosphere is thick with a sense of late-night contemplation, a soundtrack for those lost in the city's neon-drenched solitude.

I have used my magical ears to play each musical instrument and mix it to sound like this after listening to Dimitri Shostakovich Waltz No. 2.

I am a musically gifted individual to achieve this.  It's called ear training skills.

I've been tested by an examiner from the Australian Conservatorium of Music & apparently I have perfect pitch and blessed with the ability to accompany any musician, add hooks to any genre - as a singer I’m not great but who cares thats why most is spoken word - most of all I enjoy the creativity.

I have my own style - either you like it or not -  always open for collaborations

🎤I have no fear of perfection - will never reach it 🎧   I don’t have the perfect voice nor am I aiming to be the best I'm only human with a passion for what I love music is in my heart.

Thank you to all who believe in me and MOST OF ALL my amazing Mentor thank you Sir for encouraging me to NEVER GIVE UP it all takes time and practice.

An accomplished piano accordionist having started at the age of 5 - an instrument I was expected to learn in life we sometimes don’t get a choice but I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn an instrument.  I retired the piano accordion a few years ago after being introduced to electronic music production & I will never stop doing what I love most.  

I'm a dedicated musician for life.
