A fifteen minute meditation to shift the focus of your day or week. It can be used as a new moon practice, a world peace practice or as part of your daily intention setting.

Setting Intentions for Peace and Love

Transmuting Fear and Grief into Love and Grace. The Triple Flame of Cosmic Brighid burns with Green, Violet and White in the three energy centres respectively. In this meditation we release, as an offering to ourselves, humanity and the earth, our fear based emotions, and use Her violet flame to come in to a state of grace and radiant unconditional love.
