Wille Zum Wahnsinn - Venao (Original Mix)

Oceanvs Orientalis’s slow-burning groove meets Sylvia Rebecca’s ethereal spoken word style vocals, recounting the mythological tale of Adonis with a modern twist. The poem was converted from one of the first texts ever written about Adonis. Recorded live in the ancient Lycian towns of Turkey, Barbaros Uzbay plays melodious guitar riffs alongside Ahmet Baran Eskili, who embellishes the tale with the melancholy notes from his magical Kanun.

Aphrodite’s favorite mortal lover Adonis represents beauty, desire, death and resurrection in Greek mythology. Aphrodite has a foreboding dream about Adonis getting murdered by a wild boar on one of his hunting trips. She tries to prevent the inevitable by warning him, but he pays her no heed, and is killed by a wild boar. When Adonis dies in Aphrodite’s arms, her tears mix with his blood, and Adonis is transformed into an anemone flower.

Combined with Sylvia Rebecca’s theatrical and trippy storytelling of this tale, Oceanvs Orientalis’s production celebrates Turkish psychedelia while masterfully bringing ancient sounds to the dance floor.

Sunset Riders from Israel are an electronic music band consisting of two members Israel Rimoch and Gil Chen.
Israel has been producing a variety of musical genres for twenty years and played in bands like Laughing Skull, Rimojeki and Nibiru Lizards.
Gil is a guitar and Oud player that came from acoustic ensembles, he is teaching music for more than ten years.
Gil and Israel are jamming together with friends for most of their lives and finally they formed the duo Sunset Riders as their new Project.
Sunset Riders is associated with a variety of musical styles ranging from Organic Downtempo House with lots of ethnic colors and it touches the edges of Psychedelic Trance
The duo uses both electric and acoustic instruments such as Synthesizers, Guitars, Vocals, Percussion, Oud and Ambience Field Recordings to color and texture their inspirational sound. These tracks are trying to describe the wide and open world that Sunset Riders are envisioning. We hope that the ingredients may take you onto journeys of atmospheric bliss.

Kuukou head Simina Grigoriu steps up to the plate for her label’s 9th release with "Makibishi", a no-nonsense three tracker including one original banger and two trippy remixes.

Melancholic pads and reverbed arpeggiators are the focal points of "Wille zum Wahnsinn’s" take on "Makibishi". The duo, comprising of Max Manie and Simon Panosch, prove a penchant for winding melodies and crafting intense momentums. 

Along with the initial "Makibishi" incursion, the EP offers up highly versatile reconstructions with alternating moods to fit any floor vibe, so long as it’s inherently and undoubtedly a tech infused affair.

Kicking of with the track 'Noone Else' that will be released first as an single with videoclip where he opens up his mind about being yourself. Arutani on remix duty shines his light on the matter with his deep interpretation.

'Too Late Tonight' the title track of the EP is an ode to the moment we probably all know and for sure experienced. That moment you stayed up for too long and are stuck in that particular moment knowing you have to go to bed. Stuck in a loop? Or is it the Trippin Jaguar remix you are listening to? Well it's definitely the kind of trip hop song you wanna end up with before closing your eyes.

Guess 'Backfire' is the right name for your sleeping plan right? This more oldskool kind of dance floor banger shows the minimal side of Noraj Cue. Damn if you think it wasn’t hot in here already the guys from Wille zum Wahnsinn take it up a notch while slowing it down… Am I dreaming?

So when you finally have woken up its time to start your day with 'Hinga', the more chilled jazzy kind of tune to set the right tone for your day and hear and feel the soft and loving side of Jaron. We end this journey with head honcho Genii and his interpretation of 'Hinga' which feels like the right way to end this late night tale.
