In his debut album No Game No Life, Heisman Cobain explores the concept of life as a screenplay-simulation in which we are both the writer and 'player one'. Heisman opens the album with, 'It's no game no life, play to live or live to die', and continues to register this philosophy and his different experiences with loyalty and love whilst living life on this mode.

Sonically, the producer-artist continually discovers innovative ways to create timeless sounds whilst presenting a contemporary approach to lyricism. Cross-contaminating euphoric synths, heavy drums and psychedelic basslines, No Game No Life meets futurism and nostalgia in the middle as a statement to the new decade.
