I made these edits last summer while I was doing more and more stage performances. So it seemed appropriate to release these 2 highly club-oriented tracks.

I aim to do justice to the 2 original tracks, and I hope you'll want to drop them into your sets.

@tr8ma and @hej-malmo have a shared history, dating back to well before their members even began their own music journeys, buying their first music equipment.
It all started over ten years ago, their musical affinities led them to frequently cross paths at concerts they attended.
The connection strengthened over time, evolving into a friendship extending beyond music.

While each group carves its own path, @tr8ma and @hej-malmo often intersect in their journeys through various programs.
From performing gigs together at Le Chinois (Montreuil) to 44 Tours (Nantes), or Gambetta Club (Paris), even squeezing into a Renault Scenic, driving to their joint show at Petersburg Art Space (Berlin), the three companions have traveled a significant distance together without ever taking the time to merge their worlds.

This changes now with an EP where they share and remix each other's tracks.
TRMA reimagines TDF by Malmö, and Malmö reinterprets Get Away by TRMA, creating a new experience.
We are taken on a journey in their Renault Scenic, on a parade, starting with ambient techno and ending in a club, filled with rage and melancholy.

From his fifth album 'Madiba', Cameroonian singer-songwriter Blick Bassy brings us three new versions of 'LoBa' on 22 January, a track emblematic of his new musical approach, tinged with the sounds of synthesizers and revealing the deep, airy dimension of his voice.

The Prague producer https://soundcloud.com/badfocusmusic , a rising star on the Eastern European bass and intelligent dance music scene, has been invited to rework LoBa, deconstructing the original track in 3 acts. Celestial in its introduction, not to mention nods to Warpian electronica, it then unleashes syncopated, industrial rhythms, developing a fascinating, dystopian sonic canvas, before concluding with the chant of another planet.

Phil c’est ce personnage condamné à revivre inlassablement la même journée dans « Un jour sans fin », le film d’Harold Ramis sorti en 1993.

Le sentiment du temps qui se fige, chaque réveil ayant les traits du précédent, c’est ce que j’ai pu ressentir lors des deux confinements que nous avons vécu en France, en mars et novembre 2020. Durant cette période, j’ai composé des morceaux de manière spontanée, sur l’instant, sans prendre de recul, laissant libre cours à mes sentiments, mes émotions.

Ces morceaux de confinement, j’ai souhaité les regrouper au sein d’un même EP : Phil.

Phil is the character condemned to live tirelessly the same day in « Groundhog Day », Harold Ramis’ movie which was released in 1993.

The feeling of time suspending itself, every morning resembling the one before, that’s what I felt during those two lockdowns that we lived in France, in march and november 2020. During this time, I spontaneously wrote tracks, on the moment, without taking a step back, letting out my feelings and emotions.

I wanted to regroup those lockdown tracks as one EP: Phil.

La Cascade

Inspired by the peaceful Scandinavian landscapes, the musical project Malmö takes its name from this famous Swedish city, a place of exchange and dialogue connecting Denmark via the Oresund detroit.

Through his compositions, the Parisian producer creates tactful melodies which are finely cadenced by wooly beats. Ambient, electronica, and felted techno are joined together to give life to evading tracks.
