Livesessio Menesjärvellä Saamenmaalla kesällä 2022. Kitarassa Joonas Jussila. Huumaava kuutamo kertoo polttavasta kaukokaipuusta, joka ei jätä rauhaan ja vimmasta kurkottaa kuu taivaalta.

Juurekset on rakkauslaulu vihanneksille, juureksille ja ruokansa kasvattamiselle. Samalla se on kunnianosoitus niin ystäville kuin maalle ja sen ravitseville ravinteille.

Juurekset (Root Vegetables) is an love song for growing your own food and to the things that are needed for it to be possible. At the same time it's an ode for friends who help us grow and blossom.

Kuutamo

Song inspired by the intensity of the colours of autumn and its momentariness. It was formed around a piece of lyrics that was born in the urge of wainting to record the vibrant colours of the autumn leaves. You can't really, but trying to grasp it has to be enough!

It also withholds thoughts on love and how it's all around us, and in us. Narrow normatives regarding love flattens its diversity while flattening also perception of ourselves and each other. 

This is an exploration in the form of music where I am taking my time and vibing it out with electric violin and guitar.

Cyclic motion

This is a song about how big emotions and events have kind of an equal, a balance like ying and yang.  Chain reactions are born from little things and that's why cherishing good small things is gold. The base of these lyrics had been sitting around for a while so now I'm letting its first version out.

Nature Documentaries

Sounds have been recorder in shopping centers and underpassages in South Karelia. Manmade urban locations such as supermarkets are filled with mechanical sounds and echoes. I find it fascinating to try and find some liveliness to it by adding voice and instrument sounds to it. Power dynamics change.
