All welcome to participate in another of these pointless comps to create a song from 10 samples in 30 minutes. The goal is to produce something quickly by cutting up and effecting the same 10 samples everyone involved is working with. No VST instruments or other samples to be used.

Download the sample pack from this event page at 7:30pm Friday 20th March. Throw something together for half an hour and then post up a SoundCloud link to your tune (downloadable) on this event page, or send an mp3 of your entry to speedcompentry@gmail.com.

Just invent a dumb alias if you a worried about tarnishing your reputation as a serious producer. The pack for this round will be made up of samples gleaned from various old Null Object CDs. Entries broadcast the next day, 11pm on Thematics Radio 2RRR followed by a selection of mods and xms from yesteryear etc.
