HELLA MAD RECORDS started  January 2012. Friday the 13th to be exact. Out of the small town Lodi,CA. I got the idea after attending a local gig and was blown away of how good the bands were. They all came from the same scene and immediately I thought of how fun it would be to help spread their music around the world. Shortly after the label was born . HELLA MAD RECORDS is only a two man operation. Dave Dalton and myself. Ran simply out of a crusty punk house in Sacramento. We will always have that DIY work ethic and like I’ve said from the beginning. “As long as we are having fun, Hella Mad Records is here to stay”. So thanks to everyone who has been apart of this in the past,present, and future. We appreciate you all.
