I keep lil Nina, beside my bed because I need her
She keep me feeling, inside a world that’s turned to evil
My thoughts are evil, I turned to pain to keep it regal
That numb my feeling, that turn to blood that drips again
Ah sharpen up my blade and with care I carry on
And patiently I wait until I’m sitting all alone
Emotions and when physical reignite, my tears my pain
And my mind goes deeper into what they call depression
Our children are holding, a pain like no other
Satanic agendas have taunted my loved ones
Everyone's mistooken, and mentals are shooken 
Outbreaks continue to change what is normal
I’ll keep on going, these pathways get darker
Decisions we make will not fade, but will alter
Our future, keep on going these prayers keep 
Flowing, await for the moment to carry you home

I go after, matter fact I thrive beyond matters
My mind scatters, trying to figure out my pastor
My mind faster, the thrill as Nina carves the flesh   
My life’s a mess, it’s part of mental health, I try to be
Good at the heart but my mental keeps escaping me but

Stressing with my sanity because my soul matters
   
Competing with those others just to prove my self-worth 
Lil Nina keeps me busy cause I dread my self-worth
I sit back and observe someone better than me
Then I go back and spit on those weak then I’m free
It’s that power, that swagger, it's all that I need
Then I make those feel stupid, those powerless beings
And my heart then is broken for thinking like these

More tears and there’s Nina to care for my needs
She’s shiny, and sharpened, consistently brings 
Such a level discomfort and comfort at ease
As I reach for my blade, and I roll up my sleeve
My mind stays tormented, this time wasn’t the same
There was a voice as it called out my name 
It was Jesus, I heard it so clear and 
He said that I love you 
Nina had fallen and darkness fled too
