Setahun setelah merilis sophomore mereka "Orkestrasi Kontra Senyap", Taring mulai menulis dan merekam materi baru. Kembali bereksplorasi dengan pengaruh-pengaruh utama mereka, Angga menghasilkan riff-riff yang lebih groovy dikebut di tengah kabut, dari mulai Soundgarden, Mastodon hingga Tool dan Corrosion of Conformity. Berpadu sempurna dengan dentuman deru drum Gebeg dan provokasi vokal Hardy, single ini merupakan salah satu materi mereka yang dirilis lepas dan tidak akan hadir pada EP mereka nanti. Direkam di Masterplan, Bandung dan dibantu Eben (Burgerkill) dan Zoteng (Forgotten) dalam mematangkan struktur dan sound mereka, Taring kembali terdengar berbeda dari karya mereka sebelumnya. Terutama dengan kehadiran Dodi Hamson (Komunal) pada vokal tambahan. "Slaptika" sengaja dirilis lepas sebagai marka versi mereka pada rangkaian di hari HAM tahun ini, sebagai pengingat proses reformasi yang dibajak elit politik hari ini. Single ini, bersama single mereka lainnya "Kekal Menjalang", akan kami rilis dalam format kaset dalam beberapa minggu ke depan, bekerja sama dengan Maternal Disaster. Pantau TL kami di waktu ke depan. Enjoy.

Cek single ke-2 Kidsway, "Mercusuar" dari debut mereka yang akan dirilis besok lusa. Beranggotakan individu yang lahir dari Balcony, Take A Stand, Full of Hate, Savor of Filth dan Asia Minor, Kidsway menggunakan nostalgia untuk menghadirkan kembali dialog tentang komunitas dan elan hardcore sebagai bagian dari memori kolektif. In loving memory of our brother; Wahyu "Jojon' Permana.
