Biography: 
XEcho is the umbrella name for his most recent music endeavours. Starting his DJing in the mid 90’s he played in clubs all over the UK. Running his own night with a friend “Late Night Culture“ for 5 years his Fine Art Career took off in 2009 which ended all that. In 2020 he returned to music as he could afford to build a small studio starting to hone his passion in music making. In 2022 he suffered a serious accident surfing. Leaving him partially paralysed on the right side of his body. The studio is now where he spends most of his time. Making music and collecting vinyl is his passion. 

P.S. A quiet spot in my garden is pictured.

We are very happy to bring you another wonderful Quadrasphere mix, and this time we head to South Africa for a long overdue hook up with the amazing and talented Wade Watts.
Wade Watts is widely known for his work in the Dub Techno and Electronica/Ambient scene. He has many releases world wide and has recently released an absolutely beautiful piece of vinyl on Lempuyang Records! 
Even though he has been dominating the scene for a long time now, its fair to say the best is yet to come as he goes from strength to strength. 
His music features heavily in our Dub Explorations shows, and over the years, we have become blessed to call him our friend!

Biography: 
Boreal Taiga’s unique dub techno, dub ambient sound began realization in 2000. Signed to Tehnofonika Records in 2014, as BT Gate X-138. Exploring dub techno and dub ambient sounds while creating unique deep spaces of dub bass, beats and a touch of ambient. BT Gate X-138 is especially interested in exploration of field recordings from public spaces to nature’s environments.

Albums and tracks released on various labels such as Tehnofonika Records, Greyscale, spclnch, Apnea, Space Of Variants, [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB], Agape & Satori, ODrex Music, and the wonderful world of hello▼strange. A variety of sounds and styles revolving around the dub techno and ambient realms brings forth new ideas in sound construction. As this evolution continues, the process is less about work, but a love to create. The outcome is not about entertainment but a focus on creating a deep and immersive sound.

With experience in music production, DJing and art agitation, BT Gate X-138 continues to build a future of sound.

BT Gate X-138 has the goal of deep immersion with nature and stark urban realms. Using dub techno and dub ambient as the delivery method, the music is for driving or chilling out. We are not politically interested in states. We know what’s correct and wrong. We are interested in the natural and man made beauty within the northern hemisphere.
