About Matt Schulz[Germany]:

It was in the depths of the 2011, that Matt Schulz decided to take his love for music a step further, 

so he bought some equipment and started to learn the occult art of DJ´ing. A time of immesurable 

enthusiasm paired with a lack of skills, best for making mistakes to learn a lot. Quickly his 

enthusiasm was noticed for a certain style and feeling for music he could not escape in any style or 

genre. So he joined the livestream-project FeierTV, quickly becoming inventory of the show with 

weekly liveshows and special 24hour events. Coming with the agency Feierzeugs were some gigs 

and open airs, which scared the shit out of the man, but also have been very fun at the same time.

At the end of 2014 the icelandic radiostation Reykjavik Underground seemed very appealing to 

join, so he did. Playing shows, but also preparing the shows, putting them jingles in and stuff like 

that. That show and the awesome people there kept him engaged until 2018, where he decided to go

on a different path and start to explore the worlds of DubTechno and later producing became more 

and more a thing in his life. One can only explore if one goes deep and so after some aimless 

fiddling with Ableton, he decided to properly learn the craft in the early stages of 2020 and is still 

learning, a lot of it.

Welcome to Episode 148 on Poisonoise Music with this mix coming over all the way from Vietnamese based artist Akinori Kato, aka Slowbirds.
Akinori is a new artist to my ears, but he has been involved in DJing and music making for around 20 years!  He is also a co-founder of online radio platform Mogra which focuses on Vietnamese and Asian DJ's and producers.

Festival/Parties across Vietnam.
Co-founder of the online radio and party gang "Mogra Radio" since 2020.
He music spans across Dub/Deep Bass sounds.

Electronic Music producer Vytis is a talented Artist, Dj originated from small Military town in Lithuania.
he used to spend his time exploring wild and engage with extreme activities such as downhill skiing.
at the age of 16 he relocated to Ireland where he found his passion for Dub Techno and Ambient Sounds.
born on December 11 1988 to this day he is still writing new tracks and has evolved as the golden musician and entertainer.

A Singapore-registered vessel called the MS X-Press Pearl was heading from Gujarat, India to Colombo when a fire broke out on May 20, 2021, it was nine nautical miles off the coast of Sri Lanka. The vessel was carrying 1,486 containers, 81 of which contained "dangerous goods", including 25 tons of nitric acid (the remaining chemicals on board the vessel have not yet been confirmed). The vessel also carried 378 tons of oil and 78 tons of plastic pellets on board (some of them spilled into the ocean and began eroding the coastline, killing wildlife and damaging sensitive ecosystems).

Environmentalists in Sri Lanka said that this is one of the worst environmental disasters in the history of the country / idian ocean ...
