This one appeared on the Vinyl Republik compilation “Fear Of A Digital Planet” from 2006. The title “Life Day” comes from the epically bad Star Wars Holiday Special that was aired only once in 1978. Fortunately at least one person had a VHS back then and taped it so it lives on… helpcomputer.ca/?p=90

This one is pretty chill, so sit back and relax. The title comes from a quote of a Dubya speech on literacy. Too good.

Sinewave - Chop Suey Cider

This is one of the tracks I composed for the 2004 documentary Wrestling With The North. I'm not a wrestling fan myself but the movie is quite good. 

"Wrestling With the North explores the collision of two worlds. A professional wrestling tour – featuring rising Native Canadian wrestler Wavel Starr – ventures north to the dark, cold, isolated First Nations reserves of northern Manitoba. What follows are 20 days, 14 reserves, more than 100 hours of driving, 12 professional wrestlers, -40°C temperatures, no permanent roads, and thousands of adoring fans." 

I did the whole soundtrack for this movie so there will be some more tracks from this in future HDD posts. I definitely would like to do more soundtrack work so if there's any film makers reading this that need music let me know...

This track goes back to around 2003 – 2004. It’s never been released until now but in 2010 it was included in the soundtrack for The Clean Bin Project. It’s a great documentary about an experiment to live waste free for an entire year. If you haven’t seen it yet check it out! And in case you’re wondering, I have no idea what “lozotomy” means.
