Doesn't work if it's not in stereo. You should hear some sounds only on one side, not on both otherwise it doesn't work. Could be just me but I'm getting mono sound.

That was amazing. I had to turn off surround sound on my headphones and it worked perfectly

At one point i felt like the back of my head was falling put of my body and had hotflashes and almost felt like i was about to have a panick attack.. weird

Is it better sleeping or sitting up straight ive only meditates while sitting
