Catchinclouds (Aram Margaryan) has been a fan of electronic music since he was a youngster and soon after graduating from high school, he joined the underground music scene in his hometown of Yerevan.
Because the city is tiny and good music travels quickly, he had spent many years performing at many of the main local nightclubs alongside local heavyweights and international artists, as well as holding several houses and djing special events.

It's the atmosphere and deep hypnotic rhythm that drew him to Romanian micro/minimal techno sounds.
He used to build his own and distinct taste from year to year, and after reaching a certain level in electronic music, namely the Micro/Minimal (aka Romanian Techno) genre, he has continued to provide excellent music in China and Hong Kong. Nektar Agu is a DJ and a producer that created his musical mark in a way that his tracks and sets managed to gather just the right pieces of an electronic music puzzle. His music is described by the techno music with minimalist IDM break sounds, dissonant and harmonic pads, knitting the suitable texture of a memorable dancefloor experience.
His first EP named “Bad Habits” was released in 2013 by renowned Berlin label Sleep is Commercial.
The upwards and onwards results of his work attracted the appreciation and support of many important artists such as Seth Troxler, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Latmun, Blond:ish, Franco Cinelli, Mihai Popoviciu, Bella Sarris, Arapu, Barac, Nu Zau, S.A.M., Cesar Merveille, Rossko, among others.

UK collective We Are FTR launch their vinyl only imprint with an impressive debut outing from label head T. Fitzgerald. “A Formal Introduction” presents three cuts of immersive, hypnotic and transcendent minimal house well suited for both the club and home listening. “Present Now” kicks things off with the most energetic track of the EP featuring a powerful, groovy low end and encapsulating vocal. On the flip, broken beats sit underneath layers of rich pads in “Transcendence”, while “Helles” delivers a heavily syncopated drum workout.

Readers of these very pages will be very familiar with Romanian artist Sepp. It may be his incendiary sets at Sunrise, the releases from his co-run label UVAR alongside Nu Zau, but it is likely the hit after hit that he drops on some of the best labels in the business. 

It is the latter that we are discussing today and his extended EP on PRAETORIUM where he delivers a 6 track EP under his new pseudonym Seppsilvestri that tells the story of intergalactic space travel where our civilisation finds a new home on a distant planet.
