ما الذي تحتاجه صناعة الفيلم؟ نص وكاميرا وبضعة ممثلين وأحد يتكفّل بالإنتاج؟ يبدو الأمر بسيطاً، وقد يكون كذلك أحياناً. ماذا لو كان هناك حرب تحاصرك وفقر يضعفك وقيود تحيط بك؟ عندها بالتأكيد ستكون ولادة أي فيلم عسيرة. في سوريا، وفي زمن الحرب، وُلد مشروع "فيلم فقير"؛ مشروعٌ مستقل يختصّ بالسينما المستقلّة، وفي هذه الحلقة سنستمع إلى قصة هذا المشروع.

What if you're weighed down by poverty and hampered by regulations and restrictions? If so you can be sure that any film will have a difficult birth.

In Syria, in a time of war, the Poor Film project was born. It is a project about independent film. This episode will tell you its story.
