It focuses on how we use sex to help us deal with problems in the short term; how even though it can't solve anything permanently, it can help us cope temporarily.

“‘FOR NOW’ is about sex fixing a problem when things are complicated, even though it’s only temporary. It’s a short-lived release that can end up helping things just for now.” Says Henrik.

‘BACKYARD’ is the brooding, contemplative and tightly-wound third single, and the last before July’s debut EP. It’s an Urban Pop gem of a song that’s full of regret and wistfulness for a situation that’s running away from you. In Henrik’s own words, the track is about “when things go downhill in a relationship and you can't lie about it anymore”. ‘BACKYARD’ drips with ruefulness and longing, with nostalgic lyrics framed by Henrik’s emotive voice painted against the backdrop of a fierce, dynamic production by Marius Eflstedt (Selmer, Mall Girl, Vegard & Iver Band).
