Classical pieces played in 4-part harmony on the AN/FSQ-7.  Arranged and programmed by Lieutenant Henry Spencer in 1965 while testing programs at the Montgomery Air Defense Center in Mobile, Alabama.

An amplifier and speaker was attached to one of the accumulator bits on the computer so that computer operators could listen for problems. Programs would cycle through the radar sites of SAGE every 15 seconds.  The operators could hear any breaks in the sound which would signify any problem.

4-part harmony was achieved by repeating a 4 tones of a chord repeatedly, changing them when needed by the music.
