We are delighted to have the lovely George Actv on our podcast. A real music lover who plays vinyl and his music selection is absolutely on point. Former resident of the infamous D-Edge club in Sao Palo who now resides in Lausanne and we have had the honor of him playing at one of our afterworks earlier this year. This mix is a top quality vinyl only set! 

Some info from George Actv: 

In Sao Paulo he started performing professionally in 1997, where he was resident DJ D-edge, every Saturday/Sunday after hour. He played practically in all the clubs, underground parties and festivals in Sao Paulo, Hell’s Club, Skoll Beats, TIM festival, etc…. in other states of Brazil and South America too. He also produced his own evenings, such as Sunday Away, every Sunday from 12 p.m. to midnight. During this time, Actv has performed alongside many famous DJs from the global electronic scene such as Jeff Mills, Ricardo Villalobos, AUX 88, UR, Richie Hawtin, Chemical Brothers, SLAM, Aubrey, Mark Ambrose, Kenny Larkin, Derrick Carter, Colin Dale, Anthony Rother, Nicolas Lutz, Stacey Pullen, Kenny Larkin, Thomas Melchior, Sven Vath, Magda, Luke Slater, etc.

As a music producer, he participated in CD compilations distributed at FNAC and Intergroove, for example.

Ninja Hagens DJ-Dasein begann irgendwo im Schwarzwald mit exzessivem Kassetten-Mixtaping, bei dem alle Regeln der Kohärenz gebrochen wurden. Weil von Bandsalat der Bizeps schrumpft, stieg sie irgendwann auf Vinyl um und rollt seit etwa 6 Jahren mit ihrem Partykoffer in Deutschlands Clubs oder über internationale Festivalwiesen. Ninjas aktuelle Homebase ist München, wo sie am häufigsten hinter dem Pult im Legal, im Goldenen Reiter oder im Harry Klein anzutreffen ist. Sie ist Teil der Crew vom Münchner gewaechshouse-Kollektiv und produziert Tracks für das Label Superpartyrecords.

Für ihren Mix hat sie sich für ein Vinyl-Only Set entschieden, welches aus Platten von 1990 aufwärts zusammensetzt und aus ihren Lieblingsläden in London, Barcelona, Brüssel und natürlich München zusammengeshoppt wurde.

Für Hermann Hellwig begann seine Musikkarriere schon in der Kindheit. Durch Klavier und Schlagzeug Unterricht, entdeckte er schnell seine Liebe zur Musik. 
Bevor er sich der elektronischen Musik widmete, durchlief er viele Musikstile, sowie Band-Formationen.
Sein Verständnis und Gespür für Klänge hat er nicht nur durch Talent, sondern auch durch vielschichtige Erfahrung erworben.
Hermann Hellwig spielt, ohne in Monotonie zu verfallen, dunkel treibenden Techno mit melodischen Einflüssen von House und Funk. 
Seine Sets werden mit Liebe zum Detail, sowie technischem Können vollendet.
Seit 3 Jahren gehört er nun schon zum Label HangarTechno und bereichert seit dem die Berliner Musikszene.
