5 Techno Project Files For Digitone II

Everyone who knows me knows
that I’m a severe depression patient.
I’ve been undergoing treatment since 2018—
it’s been seven years now.

Through this journey,
I’ve come to deeply understand what depression can do to a person.
That’s why the idea of creating an EP and an album came to me:
I want to make music that can accompany those who are like me.

That’s right—just accompany.
Because I know depression is something only you can heal yourself.
The road is tough, incredibly tough.

So I wanted to document the process of dragging myself up
—from a pile of broken flesh back to zero,
then from zero to where I am now, better than before—
and turn that into two works.

This EP is a raw record of my journey from -100 to 0.

It’s been five years since this idea first came to me.
A lot has happened in that time.
I’ve constantly wrestled with pain, breakdowns, anxiety, depression...
But through it all, I completed the first half of the EP.

All I wanted was for those stuck in the abyss of pain to know:
“You are not alone. I’m right here with you.”
At the very least,
I hope I can walk with them a little along the long, slow road to recovery.

And there’s no way I could’ve made it here by myself.
Without the love of those around me,
I know for a fact—I wouldn’t be alive today.
