Frederick Michael Troina better known by his stage name HESH is a Producer/Engineer/Guitarist and all around musician based in Portland, Oregon. Starting his music career off playing guitar in a metal band left HESH with a very open mind and ear. When listening to his music you can hear influences being drawn from all types of music genres and sounds. After relocating from his homeland of Cleveland, Ohio to Portland and switching his focus to Hip Hop he had a brief stint making music with rapper Matthew Mytha. In December 2012 HESH released his first solo mixtape titled Used and Abused Vol. 1 and since has been releasing beats and mixes on rapid fire.
