A rough and raw 90’s drum riff gets us our blood pumping while the hum of the wobbly garage sub bass shakes us to the core. We are definitely awake and ready for the club.

Amaliah’s edit of ‘Pass That Dutch’, now entitled ‘Throw That Dutch’ carves an acid line with bass heavy notes and sharp percussion in a lead up to the recognisable rap verse from Missy. Varying vocal chops and a techno melody give it that edge making it one for the darkest of booths.

Something we have wanted to include in our film series for a while is a collection of sets from buddying promoters, label owners and really anyone who is directly involved with the music industry who are also practicing musicians. We are so excited to partner up with our favourite online radio station @area3000 in their head quarters at Revolver Lane.

Bringing a fun and energetic start to our (slightly early) Winter film series is House Mum! In this beautiful setting, House Mum played some amazing tracks including some mad edits of our favourite Y2K songs.

House Mum is one half of the renowned @fluxxclub and has thrown some spectacular events in Naarm with more to come. Anyone who has been to one of their party’s knows how well they curate events. A recent highlight was their party at Miscellania where they orchestrated the DJ’s costumes - it looked amazing!
