The Crumar Bit ONE and Bit 99 synths surprised everyone when they came out in the mid -80's. They had, like all the best synths, a warm, 'organic' character. I have UVI's great sampled version of the 'BITs', but to get my hands on Full Bucket's amazingly authentic, FREE!!! emulation last night ignited this piece of jazz-pop funkery. It sounds rather like the intros to all the 70's American soap/detective series, I used to watch as a kid, rolled into one, lol! Creating this piece also deepened my love for Tegeler's gorgeous Raummaschine reverb plugin, and Lindell Audio's 69 'Helios' channel strip. I just think they sound fabulous together, especially on beats (Inphonik's RX1200)! ...  and I do like a BIG ending (Ooh! Matron!), haha! Trouble Seeker

Wanted to write a song about what it's like being a nurse in the hospital. When I was very young, I knew I wanted to be a nurse. My mother was a nurse, and I loved how much she cared for her patients. She worked in the ER mostly, and I thought I would love the ER.
I soon found out, it's not as glorious as I had imagined. It was difficult, seeing people die, or severely hurt or sick. I went over to psych nursing very early on, it was just more my style, and not as much death. 
Recently I moved, and had to switch from psych to a psych/med surg floor. I met a lot of great people throughout my career, but I can't help but feel this is where I've grown the most, and I've met the most amazing people. I know it won't last, unfortunately there is high turn around in the medical field, and people come and go constantly. I won't ever forget all the great people I've met along the way, especially the ones on 3 central. I hope you enjoy the song!
