Biography:
Ike Dusk hails from northwest Germany and has over 15 years experience in the electronic music scene. Numerous Dj-gigs in his local area helped him to evolve into a recognised and respected artist in the local scene.
In 2013 he constantly worked on his production skills then self released tracks on Bandcamp and Soundcloud until his first official solo EP ’12 Bit Fidelity’ was signed by Utrecht based label Obscuur Records in early 2016.
Well known electronic craftsman JoeFarr signed Ike after he won a remix competition for JoeFarr’s track ‘Don’t be afraid’. Ike joined the UX roster in 2018 and is continuing to execute his raw and driving productions with style.

All! I really try to make different songs every time, so only one can't represent my work I think. Otherwise, from another artist I would say "Blacksun - Buscamanta" : martial and mechanical.

4/ If you were a movie character, who would you like to be?
Mildred Hayes in ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ by Martin McDonagh I think, a woman with a crazy character and a courage that I admire a lot.

Experimental, bold, noisy and textured. Here’s in four words the sound of our today’s guest, Blush Response.

Born in Miami but moved to Berlin, Blush Response reveals that his aka comes from the futuristic Blade Runner movie.

His path as producer is filled by significant releases, many of them in forward thinking labels as Aufname Wiedergabe, Sonic Groove or Ant-Zen, and recently he also launched his own imprint called Megastructure.

Blush Response | HEX Transmission #081

Warsaw based Filip Hodur AKA Ha†elove is representative of the youngest generation of Polish industrial techno producers who’ve been absorbing influences from artists all over Europe with the goal to developing his own distinctive style. His music can best be described with the words ‘hate’ and ‘love’ which are gained from the very industrialised soundscapes and melodic emotions of power it exudes.
For Filip, everything started with metal, metal, metal, everything was metal at one point with its heavy riffs and fast tempo.  But even that wasn’t enough to fuel his fire and propel his aggressive musical side whereby he gradually slid into maniacal throws of deathcore.
However, in 2017, after attending his first techno party in Griessmühle where he witnessed first-hand the full might of Ansome’s battering live act, something that was a completely new form of aggression for him, it set off a spark within him for what can only be called an epiphany.
The strangled industrial noises, most commonly heard in steel factories, he’d recently heard was a major catalyst and Filip eagerly started producing his own extremely raw, modular, industrial techno. He was that proficient and had such a unique take on it he was being booked for gigs just six months later under his new alias of Ha†elove. This story just begun!
